At Brown & Miller Racing Solutions we offer a range of sleeving products to ensure the in-service life of the hose is not affected by mechanical abrasion or areas of excessively high temperature. These products can be applied to the full length of the hose assembly or used to protect specific parts of the assembly such as areas close to exhaust headers.

Light Weight ファイアスリーブは非常に効果的な断熱材です。 このシリコンで覆われたグラスファイバースリーブには、シルバーとブラックの2色があります。

-40°C から+ 220°C(-40°F から+ 428°F)の温度範囲での柔軟性を保つことが出来て、自己消火性があり、優れた耐流体性も備えています。
また、このスリーブは、ワイヤーハーネス、センサーワイヤーや小さな電気部品の保護にも使用できます。
部品番号の最後「X」は、カラーコードを表しています。
シルバーの場合は S、黒の場合は B にしてください。
Lightweight firesleeve is a very effective insulator. This silicone covered fiberglass sleeve is available in two colors: Silver and Black.
Designed to protect hose assemblies in areas of high radiant heat its braided construction maintains excellent flexibility over its temperature range of -40°C to +220°C (-40°F to +428°F).
The sleeve is self extinguishing and has excellent fluid resistance. This sleeve can also be used to protect wire harnesses, sensor wires and, due to its elastic structure, small electrical components.
Substitute the suffix 'X' in the part number with the color code as follows:
X=S for Silver
X=B for Black

最適な高温耐性と長期安定性を求めるため、電子線照射技術を利用したエラストマー材料から製造されています。高性能ホースおよび配線システムを摩耗から保護するのに最適で、燃料、油圧作動油、潤滑油に耐性があります。
この保護スリーブは優れた耐摩耗性を提供しますが、ホースの柔軟性が若干失われる可能性があることを考慮してください。 ホース径が小さければ影響はほとんどありませんが、ホース径が大きい場合には影響があり、曲げが大きい場合に保護スリーブに折り目ができる場合があります。
見た目も悪くなりますし、折り目が出来ることでホースのねじれを促進する可能性もあります。

Manufactured from a radiation cross-linked elastomeric material for optimum high temperature resistance and long-term stability.
Ideally suited for protecting high performance hose and wiring systems from abrasion.
Resistant to fuels, hydraulic fluids and lubricating oils.
While this sleeve offers excellent abrasion protection consideration should be given to the loss of hose flexibility that may result.
On smaller hose sizes the effect is negligible, on larger sizes there will be an effect and if bent tightly creases may form in the sleeve.
As well as being unsightly, the creases may also promote kinking in the hose.
